Our Story
A Career Defined by Bold Moves
Our founder's career has been defined by adaptability and depth. Starting as an intern at his father’s firm, Parsons, McKee, Steve quickly became a versatile force, gaining experience in Pension, Healthcare and other Strategic Planning consulting. As pension plans became obsolete, he pivoted into healthcare, drawn by its complexity and the endless need for strategic problem-solving.

While the formulas are simple math, the real work lies in understanding how markets shift, how human behavior impacts data, and how localized trends affect national forecasts. Most would assume our work is rigid and number-driven, but we see it as a strategic, creative process.
